Why is my withdrawal on hold?

For security, certain withdrawals are held for 24 hours when:

- It is your first withdrawal to a new address
- The amount exceeds your daily limit
- A new device or IP address is detected
- 2FA was recently changed

During the hold period, you will receive an email confirmation. If you did not initiate the withdrawal, cancel it immediately and change your password.
