How do I cancel a class booking?

You can cancel a class booking up to 2 hours before the class starts. Go to My Bookings in the app and tap "Cancel."

Late cancellations and no-shows count toward a strike system. After 3 strikes in a calendar month, your class booking privileges may be temporarily suspended for 1 week.
