Can I freeze my membership temporarily?
Yes. You can freeze your membership for 1 to 3 months per year. During the freeze, you will not be charged and your access will be paused.
To freeze, go to My Account > Membership > Freeze and select your preferred dates. Freezes can be set up to 2 weeks in advance.
