How do I cancel my insurance policy?
You can cancel most policies with 1 month notice after the initial 12-month term. Go to My Policies > Cancel Policy and follow the steps.
If you are within the 14-day cooling-off period after purchasing a new policy, you can cancel for a full refund with no notice period required.
