How do I file a claim?
Log into your account and go to Claims > New Claim. Select the relevant policy and describe what happened. Upload any supporting documents (photos, receipts, police reports).
You can also file a claim by calling our claims hotline at 0800-SAFE (0800-7233), available 24/7 for emergency claims.
After submission, you will receive a claim number and confirmation email within 1 hour.
