How do I pay my premium?
Premiums can be paid monthly or annually. We accept direct debit (SEPA), bank transfer, and credit card.
To set up or change your payment method, go to My Account > Payment > Payment Method. If a payment fails, you will receive a notification and a 7-day grace period to arrange payment.
