How do I cancel or change my reservation?

You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 4 hours before the reserved time. Use the confirmation link in your booking email, or call us directly.

For groups of 6 or more, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows for large groups may result in a fee of EUR 25 per guest.
