How often does the menu change?

Our menu changes with the seasons, roughly every 3 months. We source ingredients from local farms and adjust dishes based on what is freshest and best available.

The core classics (our signature truffle pasta, the Milano burger) are available year-round. Seasonal specials are highlighted on a separate insert in the menu and on our Instagram.
