No. Calli AI answers are included in your plan. Starter includes 2,500 answers/month, Pro includes 10,000, and Scale includes 40,000. No per-resolution fees. This is the main difference with Intercom Fin ($0.99 per resolution) and other tools that charge per AI interaction.

How does Calli avoid making things up?

Calli is grounded exclusively in the articles you have published in your Helpable knowledge base. It does not browse the web and does not use general training data. If the answer is not in your content, Calli says so and opens a contact form or routes the customer to live chat.

Do I need to train the AI?

No training step, no configuration wizard. Publish an article and Calli can reference it within minutes. Update an article and the new content replaces the old one on the next question. You write docs, Calli answers questions about them.
